Likewise, In our body each of the body organ systems are interconnected in nature.
So, if problem in one system may affect others also
Now, we all know gastric system is the "second brain" to the body as it contains as many as neurons in spinal cord itself.
It mostly autoregulated.
From above picture, we know brain and intestine are connected by blood hormones, transmitters and immune antigens.
So diseases in gut( Indigestion) are reflected hematologically, neurologically, immunological to other systems can affect thier function.
Example: by immunologically cold and dehydration (thirst), by hematologically decreased leucocytes, by neurologically increased serotonin(lethargy) and decreased mood swings.
Many of people may experience this type of symptoms in thier lifes without any noticeable root cause, then I personally recommend them to check their gut health once more, because u can't notice gut problems so easily until they become dangerous.
Suggestions for your gut health:
1. Exercise: physical exercise can improve your gut activity and bowel movements.
2.Eat healthy diet
3. Eat less but frequent
4.chew food thoroughly
5.manage your stress levels
6.take or eat prebiotics
7.drink plenty of water
8. Dont take alcohol and limit caffeine
9.talk to your doctor frequently if you got any doughts
